40-minute mixed media video performance This two-screen film-performance considers the types of memory, the acts of remembering, and the memories of memories. It considers memory in relation to personal image-making/image-taking. With the smartphone and the photo sharing app, most young people are daily building an archive of personal, documentary images. What will our past selfies do to our future selves? The work also explores the scientific research of Dr. Cook and her relationship to memory loss within her family. "paradise 1"
